1. Coaching Disclaimer

All coaching services provided by Courtney Coaches Wellness are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not medical advice or therapy. As a Board Certified Nurse Coach, Courtney supports you holistically, but does not diagnose or treat health conditions.

Always consult with your healthcare provider before making any wellness or lifestyle changes.

2. Payment & Refunds

Payments are due in full (or by deposit if specified) before services are rendered.
Refunds are not provided for completed sessions or programs. If you’re unable to attend a retreat, session, or event, please email us to explore possible rescheduling or credit options.
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

3. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for your own choices, actions, and results. Coaching is a collaborative process, and you agree to show up with respect, honesty, and commitment.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (videos, workbooks, meditations, text, etc.) is the intellectual property of Courtney Coaches Wellness. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute without written permission.

5. Confidentialilty

What you share in coaching sessions will remain confidential. The only exceptions are:

When you provide written permission to share a testimonial or story
If disclosure is required by law or to prevent harm

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of this site or services, including emotional distress, health changes, or business decisions made based on coaching content.
